Equity Staffing Limited (ESL) is a healthcare recruitment agency with the aim of providing highly skilled and experienced carers and nurses in different specialties. ESL, as the name implies, stands for compassionate, supportive and quality of service for all our clients and candidates.
Our recruitment process ensures that we work responsibly in the provision of the most suitable carers and nurses for any particular job in the health and social care sector. All candidates presented by ESL will be thoroughly screened and vetted prior to presenting them to any client.
ESL supports the candidates that it works with at all stages of the recruitment event right from the first point of contact until their final destination of assignment and beyond. We also work with the employers to ensure that this process is as smooth as possible so that both the employer and the employee get the best services to uphold the highest standards possible.

International Nursing recruitment.
You do not pay anything for the process!. ESL feels strongly that recruitment agencies should never charge fees to candidates. That is why we only work with agencies abroad that adhere to this policy.
As part of the process there are two items that you will need to fund yourselves, which are to pay for the IELTS Academic test, NMC initial registration or NMBI initial registration.
There are no upfront costs but payments are made at the necessary phase of the recruitment process and are paid directly to the relevant body. Not only do you not pay for the process, but your relocation is even funded by most employers.
This includes your flight to the UK as well as your first month’s accommodation.
Our clients also will be paying and supporting the rest of the process which goes further to demonstrate their commitment to you and your career through this investment.
